halloween party on 28/10/2011!!!
we were dressed up like 1 day in advance.
most clubs are having halloween party only on 29/10/2011.

went to soul at odeon tower.
the crowd was not good. not happening but still not too bad la.
we had our fair share of fun there.
took lots of photos.
they had a pretty awesome machine , a little like neo-print machines, but this u don't have to pay. just take ur pic and if you like it, just key in ur email address.

Monday, went to remove stitches.
Then met up with Jane at bugis for lunch.
It's been ages ! I seriously mean it, ages , since I last went bugis, especially bugis village!
Still the same, so much good bargain and cheap deals there. $10 for tops n $20 for dresses. It's kinda like a mini bkk haaa!!!!
I had fun shopping around Alone and I spent like $300, including my Halloween costume.
My Halloween costume isn't really a costume though.
N when asked what I was dressing up as, it took me quite awhile.
Because there isn't a theme to my costume but it's still a costume cause normal days I won't wear that out.
So I name it , naughty teacher (idea from Taufik)
Haaaa!!!!!
So the party is this sat n I'm really excited bout it.





The devil outfit which I tried on n wanted to buy.
But it's way Tooo short!!!! N not very comfortable.
Plus I kinda look fat in it.






Since I was in bugis, and also ages since I went to the temple there, I decides to drop by and pray ;)
These are the flowers for 拜拜.
I read it in the 因果, you are pretty in this life because you always buy flower for prayer. (something along the line, haaa! )

Day 6;
Finally had KFC for lunch yesterday.
It's recovering so well that I can eat everything already.
But I guess I shall just refrain from too much chill is for now.


Day 7;
Just removed my stitches !!!! Woo
The dentist really sewed the stitch on my cheeks.
One month later I'll be back for the next 2 wisdom tooth extraction :(
Both requires minor surgery wth !!!
Arghhh I dunno if my bank is gg to sack me for claiming so much for the dental.

I just claimed $1000 for my last week's extraction.
Imagine another $1000 plus bill in december. Hahah !!!!! Shit.

The food I have been eating are porridge and mashed potatoes.
Else to keep the sugar level up, I drink Milo and some sweet drinks.
And I've been drinking extra lots of water cause I keep feeling my lips are cracking and heaty.
And drinking some soup which my mum cooked.
That's really about it, nth much I eat for these 5 days.
Damn Sianz, really.
Lost Iike maybe 3kg? Ain't really sure.
Cause before the extraction I actually gained some weight, was like 57.
So I guess now I'm a nice 54.
Little food = little energy. Really like can't focus well.
So I guess I will need to eat a lot more when I recover, to put back the fats and nutrients haha!!!!!!



The first thing I want to eat when I recover is, KFC!!!!!!!
Gosh finger linking good, ops they changed it to SO GOOD.
I sooo crave for everything but first thing shall be KFC!!!!

Stupid fuann asked "why is the carrot placed like that in the pic ??"
I'm like, "seriously! I'm so innocent. I nv was thinking of anything dirty. It was just a quick pic with ingredients placed randomly , anywhere." haha!












The really mashed up porridge so that I could swallow it without having to bite.
This is why my sister commented I'm crazy, " really must cook until like baby food meh?"












Day 4's potato And carrot salad.
Pretty yummy but a little too dry for my liking.

The swell has went down quite well.
Still feeling a little bruise.
N my lips n chin are still numb.

Seems like during the wisdom tooth minor surgery, the tooth was really too close to the nerve.
Thus the prolong numbness.
Just hope that it's not permanent.

My appetite is back.
I feel really tempted and hungry when I see yummy food ;(
But I dare not place them in my mouth cause still afraid might get into e hole.
Still forcing myself to be on soft diet.

Did potato carrot salad, cause I got so sick of eating porridge already. Haaa!

Finally!!!
Finally I had a good night slp last night !
Damn awesome !!!!!


The swell went off slightly today, but still can see the bump on my face.
I'm still on soft diet, really afraid that the food will get stuck there.
Drinking lots of water and making sure that I remove any single particles which might be stucked in the hole.


Numbness still has not go off.

The pain is getting better.
But I had a little hard time sleeping last night.
But at least I managed to slp till 4am before having to pop the First painkiller.

Waking up to a so much larger swell on my cheek :(
What happened ???

Q&M was damn nice !!
Early in the morning at 9.30 am, they gave me a call to check on me, to see if I'm alright.
So sweet of them.
Then the dentist called as well ;)
He said that it's normal that the swell gets worse on 2nd day, I'm relieved.

Now at 8pm, my swell is still as bad but at least the pain is around 90% gone already.
But I still dare not open my mouth too big.
Still wondering if the top right hole has closed up.

Diet for breakfast was a little soya bean curd and milo.
Then I cooked my porridge dinner.
My sister commented I was crazy to have it cooked like as if it was for the baby to eat. Hahah !
I really had the porridge all really very mashed up so that I can swallow them without biting.





Day 1 swell.
Not so bad. Just slight bump only.




Oh god !!!! My 2nd day swell!!
So horrible!
And I actually went to meet client with my face like that. Hahaha!!!

i went all the way to jelapang Q&M ( bukit panjang ) to look for my dentist, dr george yang.
he was surprised to see me visit him there.
i didn't want to visit him so soon, was actually still doing research on wisdom tooth online and was intending to go orchard to visit dr winston tan , recommended by qiumei.
but i really couldn't help it, the bottom right 2nd molar was really hurting badly and i couldn't even slp well.
i had to get up every 3 hours to pop a painkiller, in total i had 4.
on a lighter note, luckily it was because of the wisdom tooth rather than root canal or so.
root canal would have cost much bomb!

on my way there, i was already well prepared that extraction might be required of me.
but when i arrived there and dr george told me he needed to do the extraction, i immediately teared. hahah!
super embarrassing. but i couldnt control.
i don't know why.

i was shivering !!!
not because the air con was too strong but i was really really nervous!
they had to help me put on a surgeon gown to make me feel less cold.

firstly, dr george yang applied numbing cream to my gums.
yeah like within seconds i felt the gums numbed!
then he's ready for all the anesthetic jabs.
BUT the numbing cream didn't help much!
i could feel all the jabs going into my gums, and there was one particular jab which was damn
damn painful!!!
he will always reassure and ask me, ' are you ok ?? anything just raise your hands ok.?"
so when he did that most painful jab, i couldnt' help but raise my hands!
thats the first time during my visits to him that i raise my hands.

i lost count on the numbers of jabs he gave me,
but i'm sure it was close to 10!
after the whole procedure, he gave me another 1-2 more jabs so that the anesthetic can last longer till i reach home, before it starts hurting.

ok, so first he extracted my top wisdom tooth,
that didn't require surgery, it was just a tough extraction and i was charge $180.
the whole tooth was out in a fast 2-3 mins.
didn't felt anything except hearing the sound and feeling the pull.
that was easy and not too scary.

the 2nd extraction which was a minor surgery was scary!!!!
i don't know what he do but i could feel hard pulling and he had to saw the tooth into smaller pieces before being able to pull it out.
he had to saw like soooo many times, in my heart i thought the tooth was broken into like 6-7 pieces.
but it only came out in 2 pieces.
he was sawing and pulling, still not loose enough, then he saw again, pull again, saw again..... woooo damn scary!!!!
and then the anesthetic by then had already numb the lips, jaw and even my eye lid.
it was a weird feeling, i was blinking and could only blink the left eye.
then i was like asking dr george, ' then how??? my right contact lenses will be very dry later," hahaa!!!!
and time to time, the nurse would grab hold of my jaws, cause i guess the pulling effect from the doc was very strong and might dislocate my jaws??
so scary!
for twice, i was so scare that my jaws might dislocate and i might need to go to the hospital!hahha!!!


so yeah, after like 10-15 mins (im not really sure how long, but it felt that long), finally he congratulate me on the wisdom tooth departure from my mouth!
i totally felt relieved!!!!!!!!!
main course was FINALLY over!
and i was left with the dessert, the stitching.
think he did like 3 stitches?
that part, no pain and no feel la. sooo glad it was over.



after the Extraction / minor surgery:

then doctor asked if i wanted to take one painkiller first before leaving the clinic so that at least i can prolong the pain-less effect.
i ate the painkiller, waited outside for my bill, i felt really giddy.
i could feel the giddiness coming and that i was really about to faint!!!
doc asked me in to lay on the dental bed.
he said it's because of the lost of blood, the heart is trying to pump blood so it's common.
but also i think it was partly due to me not having any food since yesterday's lunch, chicken ceasar salad.


my face was swelling and i can't speak properly. hahaa!
most of the numbness had gone, but ares around my lips and chin are still numb.
doc said it's temporary numb.
might be for hours, weeks, months or years.
fucking scary!
lets hope that tml the numbness will be gone.


4 types of medication was given.
3 of them i have to complete the course.
and i was given 7 days MC.
swelling is not too bad, maybe cause my face was already chubby before that. haha!
my bleeding stopped pretty fast.
it stopped bleeding excessively when i was leaving the clinic.
so the gauze that the doc gave me, isnt much of use.

i'm wondering has the hole at the top right close up.
the bottom seems pretty good.

now i don't know how i should brush my teeth ! hahhaa





the wisdom tooth using minor surgery. there's even some gums attached to it!! eeekkk! gross. i must say" they are damn huge!!! given that 99% of it iis under the gum! ekk".

Went for my regular dental Check and after changing my fillings from the old silver kind to white fillings, dentist got me to do a x-ray.
Then he says I need to remove the 4 wisdom tooth ;(
But he refuses to help me do it all 4 at a time.
He said can only do 2 by 2 cause I'm a girl and he says will be tiring to open my mouth for too long. :(

Oh did I mention ? My epilator died on me like a month plus back.
So yeah It sucks.
Actually when I started using epilator, it starts to have a lot of ingrowth.
I swear it was irritating !!!

the wisdom tooth using minor surgery. there's even some gums attached to it!! eeekkk! gross. i must say" they are damn huge!!! given that 99% of it iis under the gum! ekk".

Arghh soooo sad !!!!
Went for my regular dental Check and after changing my fillings from the old silver kind to white fillings, dentist got me to do a x-ray.
Then he says I need to remove the 4 wisdom tooth ;(
But he refuses to help me do it all 4 at a time.
He said can only do 2 by 2 cause I'm a girl and he says will be tiring to open my mouth for too long. :(

With advance of technology nowadays , I google n went YouTube to search on extraction of wisdom tooth .
Wow! The more I read n the more see the video , the more scare I get! Haaaa!!!

So dead !!!
N gg for the extraction means I gotta b on mc ! Shit.

Had laksa steamboat last week ago,
Steamboat at Qiumei place this week,
Seoul garden with colleagues this coming week ;)

I'm wishing for speedy recovery for my poor leg ;(
Oh did I mention ? My epilator died on me like a month plus back.
So yeah It sucks.
Actually when I started using epilator, it starts to have a lot of ingrowth.
I swear it was irritating !!!
Arghh n now my legs are like so Many red bumps!!!! ;(

I'm really wishing for seedy recovery !
I want the beautiful legs back .
