Darling Poh was really sweet!
He brought me to a Spanish restaurant for dinner to 'celebrate' my first roadshow completion. Ha!

We went to this Spanish restaurant at bukit timah , mainly for this special drink called the Sangrias.
We ordered the one with champagne amongst the other 2 which are white n red wine.
Food was so-so but I extremely love the ink squid!

i am a bimbo :(
i realised i am so far back in terms of banking knowledge.
i know i can pick them up along the way and learn.
BUT general knowledge is a big issue.
I seem to not know much on financial news.

now everyday i have to make an effort to start my day off by reading up on financial section in the straits time and know what's the major news on financial updates.

i think i have been living in my own small comfortable world for too long.

ok!!! buck up!!!!
i have to work extra hard and learn fast!!!!

Finally got the free wifi service from Starbucks.
It's been a great trip.
Spent $450 n I've done a lot of shopping! Mostly office wear.
Capitol hotel is definitely recommended if you want affordable rate n great location.
Capitol is just right next to sungei Wang ( my favourite mall for cheap buy)!
Came with only half filled luggage n now it's 'Screaming'. Haa!
Super awesome trip!!!

my day started off so bad!
i was so careless the night before and when i woke up, i realised one side of my contact lenses wasn't in the casing's solution at all! it was outside. so it totaly dried up and i cant use it anymore.
then on our way to Universal studios singapore, I forgot my Camera SD card!


but.......
it all became good when i arrive at U.S.S.
The Dark Room Saved me!!
bought a 2GB SD card for $18. so glad.
Universal Studios Singapore is SOOO FUNNN!! AWESOME.
spent 7 hours there with Darling Poh and by the time when we were on our way home, we were tired beat! totally exhausted. but so much fun :)





shall update more tml when i get the time.
leaving for KL tml morning with Jolin!
excited!!! my last trip before i start work on Monday :)

Don't worry, it's not blood diamond.
It's heartbreaking to see the documentary already, I'm definitely not someone so contradicting.
It's synthetic simulated diamond by Gordonmax :)
Definitely as lovely as the blood diamond and using naked eyes, even the professionals cant tell, it's that perfect.
And most of all, it Won't burn a big hole in your pocket ;)

29th oct 2010 marks my last day in Prudential.
It has definitely been a very fulfilling and memorable 2 years 1 month journey and I've really learnt a lot.

the reason i left is because I've been rather stagnant for quite awhile and i'm looking at venturing into a new challenge.

will be joining a foreign bank as a Relationship Manager and i hope i can do exceptionally well and have a break through. :)

Darling Poh was really sweet!
