2nd batch of kimchi

Hello!!!
I just made my 2nd batch of kimchi !!!
It's super awesome!!! So much better!
Probably because I didn't use the rice flour thing.
Thinking of the rice flour as one of the ingredients, I just can't bring myself to eat the 1st batch of kimchi hahaa!
Threw the 1st batch of kimchi away yesterday.
Now my 2nd batch is just too awesome.
Ingredients are roughly the same.
But this time I didn't use leek and the rice flour.
New ingredients are pear & sugar!
Pear! Like amazing huh!
It gives the sweet natural taste n adds in to make the paste slighlty watery.
I am so glad n so statisfy!

Salted cabbage.
'porridge' , flour + water + sugar
Garlic + Ginger + onion + chilli + fish sauce
Carrot and leek
Red pepper flakes
Kimchi paste
Evon with kimchi paste.
Cabbage mixed with kimchi paste.

Im in love..... I'm in love... I'm sO iN LOVE with KIMCHI again!!!
Just saw videos on YouTube on how to make kimchi.
It's damn awesome !
Especially the clips by the user name maangchi!
She's super good and since she's Korean, her steps n ways of making kimchi just seems very authentic n yummy, comparing to some ang moh trying to make 'fake' kimchi which apparently looks pale n not 'red' at all. Haaa!!!
I'm so gg to try make some kimchi real soon.
Plus there's a Korean shop near my office at Tanjong Pagar whereby I can go grab some ingredients!

street netball on 12/06/2010. 8.15am.
after 7 long years of not playing netball, we all got rusty and got trashed for 5 games! hahaa!
though we lost all 5 games, we had so much fun!
abi, jac, agnes, steven and baby jayden came to support too :)
i don't know why in some pics my top looked so tucked in. hahah! so nerd.

i don't know why they can afford to sell these items at such lower cost than departmental stores.
plus they sell testers and samples too.
anyway I've gotten myself 2 items.
thought i really needed some eye cream, before it gets too late. haha!
and makeup primer with sunblock.
clinique makeup primer with SPF40. retail $46 and i'm getting it at only $36.
retail $98 and I'm getting it at $70.

Finally did some decent shopping! Spent 320, but I'm very happy.
Gotta 3 pairs of earings, 5 dresses, 2 sweaters, 3 bra, 6 panties! Haaa!!!

It marks my 1 year 2 months with prudential agency force.
These 2 days, something 'weird' happen. Haa!
1st : a client MSG n ask if I'll be free for a drink next week! Hey it has nv happen before. It's a good thing! Usually it's the other way round, we asking clients out for drink n catching up :)
2nd: a client whom I'm trying to get in touch with, to sell her savings plan, hasn't Been answering my calls. Then sudd today she called me n say we shall probably meet on coming sat! Wow!
The feeling is damn good :)
